High appreciation from our Russian colleagues

Scientific research carried out at the IAP has always been highly appreciated by our foreign colleagues. It is pleasing to note that the scientific expertise of our physicists is still considered to be at the very high level.

Namely in this way our institute was mentioned by Alexander Sigov, Academician of the RAS, President of MIREA (Moscow Technological University), Head of the Chair of Nanoelectronics and Laboratory "Optical femtosecond for nanoelectronics" in a recent interview to the news agency TASS of Russia - "Эта организация [IAP - transl. note] еще в советские годы считалась одним из флагманов в области физики полупроводников" (Since the Soviet period this organization [IAP - transl. note] was considered to be the leader in semiconductor physics).
